Now just few hours are left to start the mega show of The 4th edition of Indian Premier league. Featuring two new teams this year, The IPL mahasangram will take place from 8th April till 28 th of May. Total 10 teams will be fighting in this battle ground to conquer the cup. Pune Sahara warriors & Kochi Tuskur Kerala are the two new teams featuring in this tournament this year.

The 1st match of IPL will be played down today between Kolkata Night Riders & last year Champion Chennai Super Kings. So, the two Indian batsman Mahendra Singh Dhoni & Gautam Gambhir will take on each other in this battle.

Kolkata team consist some of Indian stars like YusuF Pathan, Manoj Tiwary along with international players like Brett Lee, Jacques Kallis, Brad Haddin. The World Cup star for minnow Netherland Ryan ten Doeschate  is also a part of Night Riders team.

Whereas the defending Champion Chennai Super Kings is never the less having the most successfull captain with them. Super Kings also have players like Dwayne Bravo, Scott Styris, Albie Morkel, Michael Husset, R. Ashwin, Murali Vijay in their bag.
